| National Instruments Corporation was founded in Austin, Texas 30 years ago. The goal of the researches even at the very beginnings was to combine the results of microelectronics and the modern expertise of engineers; research and development has remained the main activity of National Instruments up to this day. The company has gained the position of market leader in measurement and automation. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, NI has more than 3,900 employees with direct operations in nearly 40 countries. At the present time nearly 90 percent of production is done in Debrecen, while our office in Budapest deals with sales and marketing. The number of co-workers in Debrecen is almost 800. Since the foundation several services have moved to Debrecen, which are not directly related to manufacturing, for instance, the IT developing team, engineering, finance, service center and logistics. |

| Feladatok: | |||
| RESPONSIBILITIES: The candidate will join a services team supporting the finance function for National Instruments Corporation and throughout Europe. Main responsibilities will include: • Entering supplier incoming invoices for French Branch • Initiating payments to suppliers • Keeping contact with AP Department in France • Keeping contact with French suppliers • Daily problem solving • Taking part in month end activities: reporting, bank reconciliations • Involvement in Process Development/New Projects |

| KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • University or College degree is an advantage • Good PC skills, preferably using Excel and MS Word • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in French • Knowledge of finance and accounting, practice in the field of finance and accounting is an advantage • Work experience in an office environment would be an advantage PERSONAL QUALITIES AND SKILLS: • Very good communication skills. • Outgoing person who enjoys working with people. • Ability to work on own initiative, self-starter. • Close attention to detail. • Commitment to doing a first class job (i.e. accurate, timely and well documented).
